Course
Run on the Rochdale Canal towpath. The 100km is an out-and-back from Sowerby Bridge through rural Yorkshire to Manchester and back; the 50km runs one way from Ancoats in Manchester to Sowerby Bridge. The half marathon starts at The Summit in Todmorden and the 10km starts and finishes at Sowerby Cricket Club.
