Course

Point-to-point down the length of the Cape Peninsula. The marathon starts in Green Point at sunrise and finishes at the historic Simon's Town Naval Sports Ground; the half marathon starts in Bergvliet and covers roughly 15 km of road along the False Bay coastline to the same finish. Entirely on road.
