Course
A summer evening trail race at The Blue Pool in the Dorset Purbecks, on ancient woodland trails with hills and castle viewpoints along the ridges, lapping the water at the start and finish. The 7-mile has one aid station at about 5 miles; the 3-mile is flatter and takes in less of the castle. Food, music and a drink by the water afterwards.
