Course

Road race on undulating residential roads around Tylers Green Common. The Penn Seven starts downhill on the Common, drops to Penn Bottom, then climbs back up before looping via St Johns Road, Manor Road and about 400 m on the busy A404 Amersham Road, finishing back on the Common. Water stations roughly every two miles.
