Course
Starts in the heart of Chichester on partially closed roads past the Cathedral, Market Cross and Roman Walls, then heads onto South Downs trails. The hardest section is the climb to The Trundle, an Iron Age hill fort with panoramic views, before a downhill return along Centurion Way into the city. Water stations and first aid on course.
