Constantia Valley Grape Run

Course

Loops from Constantia Village Shopping Centre (Alphen Common) through the historic Constantia wine farms and back to the start. Mostly firm farm paths rather than road, passing Groot Constantia's lower dam with a stiff climb; the 21 km extends through Klein Constantia, Buitenverwachting and Constantia Uitsig. Plastic-free event with very limited water points - runners carry their own bottles.

The Constantia Valley Grape Run offers 14km and 21.1km road routes through the Constantia valley on the southern side of Cape Town. The courses pass the wine estates and follow the quiet roads that link them, with rolling ground for most of the way.
