Course
A six-hour timed climb, repeated as many times as possible. Each ascent covers 3.8km and 520m of gain from Brides-les-Bains station, up through the gorges to the centre of Les Allues-Méribel. Runners come down by cable car, about nine minutes, rather than on foot. Refreshments at the summit and the start; solo and two-person relay.

A fun challenge event for climbing enthusiasts. The 'Defi de l'Olympe' is a 6-hour timed uphill race starting from Brides-les-Bains and climbing 3.5km with 520m of elevation gain to the center of Allues-Méribel. Participants can compete solo or in relay teams, with the goal of completing as many ascents as possible within the time limit.
