Course
Run on a 10-mile woodland loop linking the Blue Wing, Koasati and Whoa Mule trails, repeated according to distance. The trail is flat with little elevation, on natural surface with tree roots and muddy sections after rain. A manned aid station with hot food sits at the start/finish, with an unmanned water and electrolyte stop around mile 5.
