Course

An out-and-back run entirely on the sand of Englewood Beach. Runners head north along the shoreline for 1.55 miles, turn and return to the start at Chadwick Park, 2100 N Beach Road. The 5K starts at 8:00 am and the one-mile at 8:10 am. A virtual 5K option is also offered.

The Englewood Beach Turtle Trot is a unique 5K and 1-Mile beach run along the stunning shoreline of Englewood Beach. Participants will run or walk north on the sand for 1.55 miles before turning around and heading back to the finish line. This sunrise race offers a breathtaking coastal experience unlike any other. This is the race with the best view in all of Florida!
