Course

Point-to-point along the False Bay coast. The 50 km starts in Kleinmond and follows the coastal Clarence Drive past Betty's Bay, Pringle Bay, Rooi Els and Kogel Bay to finish in Gordon's Bay; a 10 km starts and finishes in Gordon's Bay. Entirely on road, with aid stations along the route and sweep vehicles at the cut-off points.
