One round of a four-race 5K series across Long Island state parks, starting at 11:00am from Field #3 at Sunken Meadow State Park in Kings Park. Digital mile markers are set along the route and water is available at the start and finish only. Pushchairs, skates, bikes and pets are not permitted.
