Course
Out-and-back along the Grand Western Canal towpath from Sampford Peverell in mid Devon, turning at Tiverton. The surface is hard-packed gravel canal path and the route is exceptionally flat. Water stops at the Tiverton turnaround and midway out, with an extra stop at halfway for marathon runners before their second lap.
