Course
A ten-day series from the Suffolk Running Centre campsite at Barrow, near Bury St Edmunds. Every distance is built from the same 10.4 km Denham Flats loop, an out-and-back on quiet lanes that is 100% road and almost flat. 5K is a part loop, 10K one loop, half marathon two and marathon four. Aid stations are cupless, so runners carry their own bottle.
