Course
A trail course at Lake Elmo Park Reserve over rolling hills and natural surface trail. The 10K and 5K can be run back to back as a Double Up, and a half-mile kids' trail fun run runs alongside. Aid stations every 1.5 miles carry water and electrolyte drink.

The Great Pumpkin Chase is a scenic fall trail run at Lake Elmo Park Reserve featuring a 5K, 10K, or double up and do both distances back to back. Enjoy rolling hills, natural trails, peak fall colors, aid stations every 1.5 miles, and a dog-friendly, walker-friendly atmosphere. Finish with a cozy bonfire and pancake breakfast, weather permitting. A top fall running event in the Twin Cities.
