Course
A lapped trail race entirely inside the Haughley Park estate in Suffolk, on parkland and woodland paths with about 29m of gentle undulation per 5.3km loop. Runners choose a 9am or 11am start and repeat laps to their distance, with race numbers, water and the aid station all at the lap point.
