A challenging single-lap multi-terrain 10K through the nature trails of High Elms and the surrounding Kent countryside. The course is hilly with mixed surfaces, and organisers advise faster runners to expect around five minutes slower than a road 10K personal best.

Orpington Road Runners are proud to bring you our event around the nature trails of High Elms. The course is challenging and hilly, but very scenic to make up for it. Faster runners should expect to add at least 5 minutes to their PB times, whilst slower runners will be delighted with the value for money of running a 90-minute 10k.
