Course

A 10K trail run starting and finishing at Clun Memorial Hall at Guilden Down, Clun, in the Shropshire hills. The route runs on single-track forest paths through coniferous and oak woodland, fully marked and marshalled, with just over 800ft of climbing and a fast downhill finish. Only two stiles on the course, so dogs are welcome.

Into The Woods is a 10K trail run through woodland near Bishop's Castle on the Shropshire-Wales border, organised by Running Monk Trail Events. The route follows forest tracks and paths, giving trail runners a compact off-road challenge close to the border hills.
