Course
An accurately measured out-and-back 10K starting and finishing at Lancing Perch, running along the Lancing shoreline and turning 1.6km past Worthing Pier. The surface is seafront pathway, with sea views most of the way and a short stretch through the heart of Lancing past its shops and cafes. Water stations at several points on the course.
