Course
Coastal run starting and finishing at West Wittering Beach near Chichester, with staggered starts for the 15.3km, 10km and 5km routes. At low tide the extensive sandy flats form the running surface; the 15.3km route adds a lap of Medmerry Nature Reserve on gravel paths. Flat throughout, fully signed with pink arrows and tape, with water stations on each distance.
