Course
Starts and finishes at the Louisville Recreation and Senior Center on Via Appia Way. The 5K is largely one big loop, and both races include out-and-back sections on Louisville's trail system where runners pass in both directions. Surface is a mix of concrete and some single-track gravel. The 5K has one water station and the 10K two. The finish is cup-free and there is no course cut-off.
