Course
Two off-road routes over the Sussex Downs, both starting at Landport Bottom Meadow near Lewes. The 5-mile loops out to Blackcap and back over historic Mount Harry; the 10-mile heads into quieter parts of the Downs and returns through the wooded valley of Ashcombe Bottom. Underfoot is grass, chalk and flint track and woodland path, narrow and uneven in places.
