Course
A flat, fast sea-level marathon starting in downtown Long Beach and running past the Queen Mary and Shoreline Village to the oceanfront, then along the beach path through Belmont Shore to Marine Stadium, around the CSU Long Beach campus and back on Ocean Boulevard to the finish. Sealed streets and paved beach path throughout; USATF-certified and a Boston qualifier.

The Long Beach Marathon runs along Long Beach's urban coastline, passing landmarks including the Queen Mary ocean liner. The course offers marathon, half marathon and 5K distances through Southern California's waterfront city each October.
