Course
A flat, mostly off-road point-to-point 10K following Marriott's Way, a disused railway line through the Norfolk countryside. It starts near race HQ at Woodgate Nursery in Aylsham and finishes in Reepham market place, on soft trail underfoot. Five waves set off at ten-minute intervals from 10:00.
