Off-road course at Lizard Log in Western Sydney Parklands, Abbotsbury, running bushland trail, soft grass and undulating open ground. Four distances are offered — 32 km (644 m climb), 21.1 km (367 m), 11 km (205 m) and 6 km (136 m). The paths stay open to other walkers and cyclists during the event.
