Course

Lapped course at Wyandotte County Lake Park on technical singletrack and bridle trail, one 10.4-mile loop for the 10-mile, two for the 20-mile and three for the 50K. Each loop carries roughly 1,300 feet of climbing, with three of the biggest hills saved for the last two miles. Conditions range from deep mud to dry, firm and fast. A canine division is offered.

A challenging trail running event featuring loop courses on rocky, root-bound, and hilly bridle trails and single-track trails in Kansas City. The race offers three distance options (10 miles, 20 miles, and 50K) with a party atmosphere including craft beers, chili, and live DJ.
