Course
A road-closed 5K starting and finishing on Marine Terrace by the Bandstand on the Aberystwyth seafront. The route follows scenic paths past Constitution Hill, the castle, the marina and Aberystwyth FC, turning at the car park. Surface is tarmac and hard standing paths, with steep inclines and declines between Quay Road and the cycle path.

This Race for Life offers 3K and 5K distances starting at the bandstand on Marine Terrace, Aberystwyth's seafront promenade. Participants run, jog or walk at any pace, raising funds for Cancer Research UK.
