Course
Flat 2.5k out-and-back along the Menai Strait from Parc Coed Helen, Caernarfon, with views across to Ynys Môn and the mountains of Eryri. The first and last 150 metres are on grass and the rest is tarmac, firm underfoot year-round. The start is reached by crossing Pont yr Aber and walking about 200 metres.

This 5K edition of Race for Life takes place at Parc Coed Helen in Caernarfon, on the banks of the Afon Seiont. Entrants run, jog or walk the course at their own pace, raising funds for Cancer Research UK.
