Course
Single-lap 5k around Coopers Field in Bute Park, Cardiff, starting on the north side opposite Orchard Lawns and finishing on the south side by the Gorsedd Stone Circle. The route mixes tarmac paths and grassy fields and takes in two bridge crossings over the river; the grass start and finish are mostly flat and firm but can turn boggy in wet weather. An alternative route bypasses the bridges.
