Course
A hilly 10K run as a double lap of the 5K course through Finsbury Park, over a mix of tarmac, hardstanding and grass. The steepest pitch reaches 4.7% over 49 metres. The start is on tarmac and the finish on grass on the park's eastern side beside Seven Sisters Road, with narrow passages by the play areas and boating pond.

Race for Life's 10K takes place in Finsbury Park, one of north London's oldest public parks. Runners, joggers and walkers cover the course at their own pace, with all funds raised going to Cancer Research UK.
