Closed roads around Plymouth Hoe plus paved paths through Hoe Gardens, starting and finishing on hardstanding by the RAF Memorial on the Hoe Promenade. Mostly tarmac, with some compact grass and uneven patches. Steep pulls at Lambhay Hill, around 6 percent gradient, and Cliff Road, for 62m of climb overall.
