Course
Starts at sea level by Caernarfon Castle at 06:45 and finishes at Bron y Fedw Uchaf, Rhyd Ddu, taking in Yr Wyddfa by the Watkin Path and South Ridge. The route runs 29 miles with about 5,600 ft of ascent over coastal trail and rugged mountain ground, with a 20.5-mile option available from the second pit stop. Three pit stops support the course.
