Starts and finishes inside the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, passing directly in front of Sandringham House, and runs on a mix of estate roads and trails through the surrounding countryside. Half marathon starts at 10:00, with a 5K and a Community Mile alongside. The full route cannot be run outside race day as it crosses private land.
