Course

A fast, flat point-to-point 10km road race starting in Milnerton and finishing on Lower Long Street in the Cape Town CBD. The route runs along the coastline towards Table Mountain and takes in city landmarks. Buses carry runners from the CBD out to the start.

The Run Your City Cape Town 10K is the largest 10K road race in Cape Town, part of the Absa Run Your City series that also visits Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein and Gqeberha. The race takes place each May through the city streets, drawing a large local field.
