Course

Multi-lap event on a GPS-measured trail loop of about 3 km, starting and finishing beside the Lark Hill Sportsplex at Port Kennedy. The surface is mostly compact limestone with around 200 m of soft sand each lap, minor undulations and a short climb into the start/finish. Resupply is at the start/finish every lap with fruit, cola, hydration drinks and water.
