Seddon School Tussock Run

Course

All three courses start and finish at Seddon School on Redwood Street. The 5km follows farm tracks before joining the other courses on the way to the finish; the 10.5km heads south on Marama Road to the vineyard-covered river terraces above the Awatere River. The 15km climbs Star Hill for 360-degree views over the Awatere Valley, Cape Campbell and Mt Tapuaenuku before crossing farmland and vineyard near the river.

About

The Seddon School Tussock Run in Marlborough's Awatere Valley is a fundraising fun run for the school, with 5km, 10km or 15km distances to choose from. The 5km and 10.5km courses suit mountain buggies, but the 15km does not.
