Course
An out-and-back on the Sylamore Trail, a well-travelled hiking route above the White River, starting and finishing at Anglers Restaurant in Allison. The 25K runs about 7.5 miles of rustic trail plus a mile of pavement each way, the 50K the same terrain over a longer reach. Aid stations sit roughly five miles apart with water, Gatorade, soda and food; drop bags are not allowed, so runners carry their own bottles.
