Course
5K on Seabrook Island winding through maritime forest, salt marsh, dunes and beach, starting and finishing at St Christopher Camp and Conference Center. Footing is mostly trail with exposed roots, sand, mud and gravel, and some single-file sections under six feet wide. Water refill stations are provided on course.
