Course
Trail racing at Hilton Falls near Milton, Ontario, on fast groomed trails broken up by short technical sections. The 10K runs out and back around the reservoir and over to the waterfall, taking in a technical stretch of the Bruce Trail; the 25K loop adds the Beaver Dam Trail and mixes single and double track, and the 50K covers that loop twice with a nine-hour cutoff.
