Course
A flat, fast lapped course on the woodland trails and tracks of Thetford Forest, starting and finishing at High Lodge near Brandon. The 5.4km loop is 99% off-road with barely any climb — about 12m per lap — and all distances start together, repeating laps to their chosen distance. Water aid station at the lap point.
