Course
Both distances start at the Tommy war memorial statue on Seaham seafront at 9:30am, running a scenic coastal route on a mix of road, promenade and coastal trail. The 5km is on closed roads with just 80ft of elevation and suits a PB; the 10km covers more mixed terrain along the shoreline. A 90-minute cut-off applies because of the road closures, and the event is for runners only.
