Course
A five-mile evening race starting and finishing at Trafford MV Rugby Club in Sale, following the Mersey riverbanks through woodland at Kickety Brook to Stretford Meadow and returning along both banks. Almost entirely off-road on hard-packed paths and riverside trails, with a short tarmac section and about 75m of quiet access road. Almost entirely flat; sections can be muddy after rain.
