Course
A point-to-point along the Wales Coast Path through the Vale of Glamorgan, with the ultra starting at Penarth Pier and all routes finishing at Ogmore-by-Sea. The course is almost entirely on clifftop trail, passing 19 beaches and taking in the Glamorgan Heritage Coast. Five manned checkpoints on the ultra, three on the 18.5 mile and two on the 10 mile.
