Course
An 8 mile uphill-only race up the Whiteface Mountain Veterans' Memorial Highway, starting at the junction of Route 431 and Route 86 and finishing near the summit of New York's fifth-highest peak. The course is sealed highway the whole way and climbs about 3,500 feet, opening out to views across the Adirondacks, New England and Canada.
