Course
An accurately measured 10K starting and finishing at Beach House Grounds on the Worthing seafront, running from Splashpoint towards Goring Green and back along the coast. The surface is 90% promenade and 10% field. Water at several points on the course, first aid, and changing, toilets and baggage at registration.
