Course
Flat, fast courses based at Wai Kai in Ewa Beach, with views over Hoakalei Country Club and O''ahu''s Leeward Coast at Nimitz Beach. The 5K is entirely asphalt; the 10K and half marathon mix asphalt, concrete and softer surfaces. Courses are measured and aid stations sit roughly a mile apart.
