Course
Five identical 20-mile laps on single-track trails linking the Mānoa, Makiki and Nuʻuanu valleys above Honolulu, with roots, rocks, mud and twenty stream crossings. About 24,500 ft of climb across the 100 miles, ranging from 300 to 1,900 ft. Three aid stations per lap at Makiki, Mānoa and Nuʻuanu, spaced 5.2 to 7.4 miles apart.
