Course
Coastal trail routes of 10K, half marathon, marathon and 34-mile ultra on the Gower peninsula, run over grass, moor, beach and rock across cliff tops, downland, woodland and sand dunes. The marathon climbs around 3,425ft. Courses are fully marked and need no navigation.

The unique peninsula is a protected haven for some of the richest and most varied wildlife habitats in the UK. Our coastal Gower 10K, half, marathon and ultra courses are set against an awe-inspiring natural backdrop of cliff tops, downland, woodland, sand dunes and world famous beaches.
