Mountain races in Eryri crossing the Carneddau, the highest range in Wales after Snowdon, taking in Carnedd Llywelyn. The 40K adds the Glyderau ridge line and considerably more ascent. Courses run on marked mountain trails over technical, rocky terrain, with mountain leaders on the route.
