Course

Starts and finishes at RNZAF Woodbourne, on the corner of SH6 and Caldwell Road west of Blenheim. The half marathon is a flat, fairly fast circuit through vineyard and farmland on quiet country roads, with a short farm-track section and one slight climb. The 5 km and 10 km fun runs stay off-road on a loop among the Marlborough vines.

Now past its 41st running, the Woodbourne Half Marathon, 5km and 10km fun run/walk takes place in Woodbourne near Blenheim. The half marathon follows a circuit through vineyards and back-country roads with a short farm-track section including a slight climb, while the rest of the course is mainly flat. It can be completed as a run, walk or run/walk hybrid, with the 10km and 5km fun runs held off-road around a vineyard perimeter.
